This role, reporting to the Superintendent of Mucking & Construction, is pivotal within Discovery, a leader in precious metals, known for its high-quality assets in North America and Mexico. The Supervisor will oversee production activities, enforce safety standards, and coach staff to enhance their performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety objectives

• Direct production and construction efforts for optimal performance

• Mentor and coach team members effectively

• Analyze production and quality reports for planning

• Implement improvements for efficiency and product quality

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is preferable

• Supervisory Common Core certification is mandatory

• Full Underground Common Core certification required

• 5+ years' experience in mining is essential

• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
