We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and heavy civil projects in the Timmins region. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, with astrong focus on safety, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on civil construction professional who understands the demands of northern Ontario work and enjoys deliveringinfrastructure projects that support local communities.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil construction projects from award through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors,suppliers, inspectors, and internal field teams
• Oversee contract administration,change management, and progress billing
• Lead project meetings and act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety,quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Support estimating, planning, andwork acquisition efforts as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years of experience managing civil construction projects
• Background in civil infrastructure such as roads, highways, earthworks, utilities,water/sewer, or municipal works
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Experience working with public‑sector owners and consultants
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication,and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
