Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Supervisor, this vital role emphasizes advising and assisting workers in maintaining safety standards. You will lead targeted audits, manage incident investigations, and help in the development of safety presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily incident reports and injury analysis
• Oversee the Weekly Safety Report and leading indicators
• Facilitate thorough incident investigation processes
• Develop and present the monthly Crew safety updates
• Lead targeted workplace audits and inspections
Requirements:
• Educational background in a relevant field
• 2-5 years experience in mining preferred
• In-depth knowledge of OHSA regulations
• Strong communication and computer application skills
• Proven organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
