Chenier Motors is expanding its Mining Division and needs a full-time Service Advisor in Timmins, Ontario. Bring your customer service skills and join a growing team.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role by preparing repair orders, scheduling appointments, and providing updates to customers on their vehicle status. Your friendly demeanor will help build positive relationships with clients and staff alike, all while working in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills in both English and French are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and courteously

• Schedule service appointments efficiently

• Write precise repair orders and conduct walk-around assessments

• Update customers on the progress of their vehicles

• Prepare estimates and invoices for services rendered

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build relationships with customers

• Reliability in attendance and strong customer focus

• Comfortable under pressure in fast-paced settings

• Excellent communication skills by phone, email, and in-person

• Ontario Driver's license required
