Join Chenier Motors as a Service Advisor in Timmins and support our expanding Mining Division. Your customer focus and reliability are key to success in this full-time role.
This Service Advisor position involves greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and writing repair orders, all crucial to enhancing customer experience. You will also conduct vehicle walk-arounds and keep customers informed about their vehicles’ progress. Bilingual candidates fluent in French and English are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude
• Handle service appointment scheduling
• Create detailed repair orders for services needed
• Monitor and update customers on service progress
• Prepare accurate customer invoices and estimates
Requirements:
