Chenier Motors is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for its Mining Division in Timmins. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.
As a Service Advisor, you will greet clients, schedule service appointments, and prepare repair orders with precision. Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress is essential, and your customer-oriented approach will help foster lasting relationships. Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally greet all customers upon arrival
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Document repair orders accurately
• Update customers on service progress promptly
• Prepare invoices and estimates for customers
Requirements:
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers
• Reliable attendance record and commitment to service
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient communication skills via phone and in person
• Must hold an Ontario Driver's license
