Supervision Monitorsprovide general supervision and monitoring of students during nutritionbreaks, recess, departure, and arrival times,both indoors and outdoors.

Grade
12 diploma or equivalent

Experience working with school aged children

• Abilityto work with minimal supervision and as part of a team in cooperation withthe school staff.

• Abilityto maintain confidentiality as the norm in all issues related to students,parents, and school.
• Physicallyable to perform duties outside in all forms of weather.
• Physicallyable to climb stairs and walk distances during supervision.
• Firstaid and CPR an asset.
• Monitor and assist with arrival and departure of students during bus duty.
• Organizestudents upon arrival and departure in an orderly manner.
• Monitoroutside yard duty during all recess periods.
• Supervisehallways, classroom, and bathroom checks.
• Monitorclassrooms/lunch areas during breaks.
• Monitorstudents in designated areas during inclement weather.
• Ensure adherence to all COVID-19 and school safety protocols.
• Alwaysensure the security and safety of students.
• Addressdisciplinary issues and report any concerns regarding student behaviour tothe Principal/Vice Principal.
• Seekout Principal/Vice Principal guidance when required.

$20.64 per hour
