Become a Registered Behaviour Analyst at the District School Board Ontario North East, where your skills in Applied Behaviour Analysis will make a difference.
This role offers a full-time, permanent opportunity starting August 31, 2026.
Reporting to the Special Education Lead, your expertise in behaviour analysis will contribute significantly to educational support teams. The successful candidate will need a Master's Degree specialized in Applied Behaviour Analysis and be registered with CPBAO. Strong communication abilities will be vital for interacting with various stakeholders in the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement behaviour intervention strategies
• Work alongside a diverse interdisciplinary team
• Train staff in behaviour management techniques
• Monitor and assess student behaviour outcomes
• Uphold professional regulations and best practices
Requirements:
• Authorizing Autonomous Practice registration with CPBAO
• Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's licence essential for job requirements
• Instructor certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention is a plus
