Reporting to the Manager of Quality, Strategy, and Analysis, this position aids in curriculum delivery and ensures academic standards are followed. You will engage in classroom management, facilitate communication, and assist with test invigilation in a rewarding educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare classrooms by setting up equipment and distributing materials

• Manage attendance and other classroom responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between students and professors

• Administer tests through invigilation and material handling

• Monitor testing environments for academic integrity violations

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school education or equivalent

• Up to six months of customer service experience

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and customer service
