We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Mine Engineering Co‑op Student to join our team for an 8‑month work term. The role will be based at the Côté Gold mine site (Gogama, Ontario) on a 14‑on, 14‑off schedule. As a co‑op student, you will work closely with our mining engineering team to support mine planning, production, and operational optimization initiatives.

• Assist in mine planning, design, and optimization under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Support short‑term and long‑term production scheduling.
• Conduct field inspections and data collection to support operational improvements.
• Assist in drill and blast planning, including data analysis and reporting.
• Utilize mining software for data analysis, mapping, and reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in geotechnical and hydrogeological assessments.
• Contribute to safety and environmental initiatives by following company policies and procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

• Currently enrolled in a Mine Engineering or related post‑secondary degree program.
• Must be registered in a recognized co‑op or internship program.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in field conditions.

Salary Range: $20.00–$24.00 an hour. The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
