Construction Management Co-op Student

Construction Management Co-op Student to work on‑site in and around Timmins. You will gain real‑world experience in a dynamic environment that fosters innovation, safety and sustainability.

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of rail projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members.
• Participate in site visits and inspections.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a relevant program (e.g., Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Demonstrated interest in the construction industry.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of CAD software.

• Basic knowledge of CAD software.
• Enthusiasm for the mass transit rail industry and a willingness to learn.

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Range is $22.00 - $31.00 an hour.

Sponsorship for Canadian Work authorization is not available for this position. No relocation assistance will be provided. Local candidates will be given preference.
