In this high-impact position, you will oversee all technical metallurgical initiatives, ensuring that mill operations are optimized for efficiency and safety. You'll mentor team members and collaborate with other departments to drive project success and implement continuous improvement efforts within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a metallurgy team with a focus on mentorship and safety

• Manage team schedules and resource allocation

• Oversee mill process including sampling and testing

• Ensure the safe handling of gold in refinery operations

• Analyze process data for operational improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or similar field

• 5 to 8 years of applicable work experience

• Minimum 2 years in leadership roles

• Expertise in optimizing mill performance

• Experience in gold processing beneficial
