Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mechanical and electrical reliability functions
• Implement condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance
• Monitor asset health through dashboards and KPIs
• Conduct root cause analysis for significant failures
• Track and report maintenance effectiveness metrics
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
• 10+ years in maintenance management in heavy industry
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with condition monitoring technologies
• Proficient in CMMS software for planning and scheduling
