Position: Lead Electrical Hand for Côté Gold
Location: gogama

Lead Electrical and Instrumentation services at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine. Ensure safety and operational excellence while guiding your team to success.
As Lead Hand, you will oversee E&I resources with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and reliability. This position requires strong leadership qualities, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to engage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation teams, both staff and contractors

• Promote compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Plan and delegate maintenance tasks based on operational needs

• Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and controls

• Collaborate to troubleshoot issues and maintain continuity
Requirements:

• Certified Electrician or Electrical Engineer with appropriate degree

• 5+ years of related experience with 1 year in leadership

• Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal) mandatory

• Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and PLCs

• Valid Ontario driver's licence required
