Join the Timmins Operations team as a Lead Engineer for Capital Projects, spearheading the Bell Creek Shaft expansion. This role involves overseeing project phases, ensuring quality, and communicating updates effectively.

You will play a vital role in project implementation, guiding it through design, build, and operational readiness. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to supervise engineering staff and liaise with consultants. You'll regularly monitor adherence to regulations while providing crucial updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between engineering consultants and the execution team

• Ensure quality assurance on new installations

• Produce and update project schedules with precision

• Manage and optimize project plans according to budget

• Facilitate project coordination meetings with contractors

Requirements:

• Licensed professional Engineer or equivalent

• 5 years in underground mining experience

• Over 10 years in engineering and projects

• PMP designation preferred

• Proficient with project planning software
