As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EXP, you'll lead the design, analysis, and delivery of mechanical systems tailored for industrial and municipal clients. This position requires mentorship of junior staff and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring designs meet engineering codes and standards. Your ability to perform intricate calculations will be key in supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead designs for HVAC systems and industrial equipment

• Conduct and approve engineering calculations for compliance

• Oversee preparation of specifications and design briefs

• Manage multidisciplinary team coordination for projects

• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality in deliverables
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory

• P.Eng. licensure in Ontario or eligible

• Proven experience in mechanical design for infrastructure

• Familiarity with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an asset

• Strong leadership and communication skills
