Position: Lead Civil Engineer at EXP New Liskeard
Join EXP as a Senior Civil Engineer (P.Eng.) in New Liskeard, Ontario, focusing on municipal infrastructure projects. Bring your expertise in project management and client relations to drive successful project outcomes.
In this full-time role, you will oversee and lead the design and delivery of vital municipal projects. Your strong technical leadership will apply to areas such as roads, stormwater management, and water resources. You’ll also ensure compliance with various engineering codes and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and review for infrastructure projects

• Prepare and approve technical deliverables and reports

• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

• Conduct QA/QC reviews and provide guidance
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Experience in municipal infrastructure engineering

• Proficiency with civil design software like AutoCAD
