In your position, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance PLC/DCS systems and interfaces across the site. Your expertise in programming, communication issue resolution, and training will support key operational improvements. This role emphasizes sustainability and health commitments through efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and optimize DCS/PLC controls
• Diagnose and resolve communication issues on-site
• Program hardware and software for automation systems
• Update and manage critical electrical/instrumentation drawings
• Train and support technical resources as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in a relevant technical field
• 3-5 years’ experience in Mine/Mill or related industries
• Strong knowledge in PLC/DCS systems
• Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities
• Skilled in preparing data analysis reports
Lead automation efforts and promote sustainability with Kidd Operations.
