Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

Senior Project Manager – Energy, Resources & Industry (ERI) sector, based at any Canadian office (preferably Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury, Ontario).

• Lead planning and execution of multi‑phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects across Canada.
• Develop and implement Project Management Plans, including risk, safety, quality and communication strategies.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and governance to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Mentor and guide engineering managers and project teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• 15+ years of progressive project management experience in mining and heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven success managing EPCM projects and delivering on time and on budget.
• Engineering degree (P.Eng. designation preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification is an asset.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
• Collaborative leadership in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $147,500 to $195,400

MB & ON: $134,600 to $184,600

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 to $176,900

Final salary awarded may vary based on education, experience, location, performance and business needs. Wage range may be subject to change.

Any of our Canadian offices; ideal within Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury, Ontario.
