Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Mine Technicians and EITs
• Prepare engineering reports and reconciliations
• Develop and execute mine plan optimization strategies
• Conduct compliance monitoring for safety standards
• Lead special projects with contractors and mine operations
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of professional mining engineering experience
• Accredited Professional Engineer required
• Expertise in long-hole and narrow-vein mining
• Proficient in Excel, CAD, and scheduling tools
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
