Position: Discovery Mill Project Superintendent Role
Lead major engineering projects as a Mill Project Superintendent with Discovery in Timmins, Ontario. Focus on safety and multidisciplinary collaboration in project execution.
As the Mill Project Superintendent, you will be instrumental in guiding various projects through all stages including design, construction, and close-out. Reporting to the Mill Manager, you will ensure all project activities comply with safety and environmental regulations while effectively managing resources and budgets. This role requires a strong leader to foster team development and uphold project integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to conclusion

• Manage cross-disciplinary teams and engineering studies

• Ensure compliance with site-specific regulatory requirements

• Conduct thorough performance tracking and reporting

• Facilitate compliance through regular inspections and reviews
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or relevant certifications

• A minimum of 10 years in diverse project environments

• Proficient in Microsoft tools and project scheduling software

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with construction standards and problem-solving
