Agnico Eagle Mine Scheduling Supervisor

Location: Kirkland Lake

Lead innovative scheduling practices as the Mine Scheduling Supervisor at Agnico Eagle's Macassa Mine located in Kirkland Lake, ON. Ensure effective alignment of mine production operations across various planning stages.

This important role reports to the Engineering Superintendent within the Engineering Department. As a Mine Scheduling Supervisor, you will develop and optimize mine scheduling while ensuring compliance with strategic and budgetary guidance. You will also embrace the company's commitment to health, safety, and environmental integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance weekly and 3-month production schedules

• Deliver rolling 12-month and 18-month schedule updates

• Analyze production metrics for optimization

• Collaborate on integration with other departments

• Adapt schedules to meet or exceed production targets

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining Engineering or similar

• 6–10 years of scheduling experience in underground mining

• Familiarity with Deswik or similar tools

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proven ability to influence decisions in a mining context
