Your responsibilities include mentorship of engineering teams, development of mine plans, conducting economic evaluations, and ensuring compliance with mining regulations. Collaborate closely across diverse teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and achieve key production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and review of mine plans

• Optimize scheduling and equipment use focused on efficiency

• Support drill-and-blast and ventilation planning efforts

• Review capital projects and mine expansion opportunities

• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering

• Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) in good standing

• At least 10–15 years of mining engineering experience

• Strong underground and open pit mining background

• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
