EXP, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm, is looking for a seasoned technologist to oversee civil drafting and technical coordination. You’ll leverage your strong AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise and knowledge of Ontario design standards while mentoring junior staff. Collaborate with a team of engineers and technologists to drive successful project outcomes from conceptual design through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CAD and drafting strategies for ongoing projects

• Mentor junior staff and review their technical work

• Conduct QA/QC reviews of all drawings and models

• Produce designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D for projects

• Perform site inspections and respond to RFIs

Requirements:

• Certified Engineering Technologist with OACETT membership

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Experience with municipal infrastructure and land development

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Reliable transportation for site travel
