Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for asset performance and lifecycle management
• Drive predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives
• Monitor and enhance asset health metrics
• Perform root cause analysis and derive corrective actions
• Collaborate with planning, execution, and operations teams
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant engineering field
• 10+ years of experience in asset management
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of condition monitoring technologies
• Experience with CMMS for maintenance purposes
