Position: Lead Mechanical Engineering Expert for Mining

In this influential role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of mechanical engineering for mining projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing designs and ensuring that engineering practices meet high industry standards. Locations for this role are flexible within Canada, specifically Northern Ontario, BC, and the Atlantic regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical engineering packages for projects

• Ensure compliance with detailed engineering codes

• Supervise piping layouts and fabrication processes

• Prepare RFQs and lead technical evaluations

• Develop and maintain project specifications and datasheets

Requirements:

• 10–14 years of relevant engineering experience

• Strong background in EPCM delivery across sectors

• Expertise in chutes, hoppers, and conveyor systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required

• Eligible for Canadian registration as P.Eng.
