IAMGOLD is on the hunt for a Senior Project Controller to take charge of earthworks and infrastructure project controls. This role emphasizes the necessity of effective collaboration and communication while ensuring compliance with governance standards. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in project cost control within mining or construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project cost control and budget management

• Assist in scheduling project timelines with appropriate software

• Create and analyze detailed project performance reports

• Manage contracts and variation orders in compliance

• Assess financial and scheduling risks on projects
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or similar

• 7+ years of project and cost control experience

• Skilled in project scheduling software and ERP applications

• Familiar with mining cost structures and practices

• Knowledge of earned value management beneficial
