Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer for Infrastructure
Take charge of mechanical system innovations as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EXP, focusing on industrial and municipal infrastructure. This role emphasizes design excellence and technical mentoring.

At EXP, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of mechanical systems, specifically HVAC and piping, for complex infrastructure projects. With your deep understanding of engineering codes and regulations, you will interact with multidisciplinary teams while guiding junior engineers through various project phases. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct mechanical system design for diverse infrastructure projects

• Validate complex calculations for heating, cooling, and fluid dynamics

• Prepare and review detailed technical documentation

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines for project success

• Oversee installation and provide on-site technical support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

• P.Eng. in Ontario or eligible for licensing

• Experience in municipal industrial systems design

• Proficient in mechanical design tools, especially AutoCAD

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
