In this pivotal role, you will manage mine planning, technical governance, and operational support initiatives. Your proven experience in underground and open pit operations will guide teams toward meeting safety and efficiency goals. You'll collaborate closely with geology, processing, and project teams to enhance productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the review of mine designs and operational plans
• Conduct trade-off studies to support strategic decisions
• Monitor KPIs and drive production efficiencies
• Oversee mining studies and project recommendations
• Ensure adherence to regulations and corporate policies
Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• P.Eng. designation in good standing
• Minimum of 10 years in mining engineering
• Expertise with Deswik or similar software
• Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
