Join IAMGOLD as a Superintendent of Mill Reliability & Engineering at our Côté Gold Mine. Lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and engineering practices in a cutting-edge facility.
In this leadership role, you will oversee development and implementation of strategies aimed at minimizing downtime and optimizing asset management. Your responsibilities include leading root-cause analyses, monitoring performance indicators, and managing reliability budgets. This role is critical for ensuring sustained operational excellence and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive reliability functions to improve lifecycle management
• Lead predictive maintenance programs leveraging advanced technologies
• Track maintenance effectiveness metrics for improvement
• Collaborate across teams to resolve asset reliability issues
• Promote a safety and continuous improvement culture
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
• 10+ years in maintenance or asset management
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with condition monitoring techniques
• Familiarity with CMMS software, like SAP
