We are looking for a results-driven Principal Mining Engineer to lead and provide strategic direction in mining operations.

Your role includes optimizing production schedules, enhancing equipment utilization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and extensive experience in both underground and open pit mining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor mine engineering and technical services teams

• Ensure mine designs meet operational and safety objectives

• Conduct trade-off studies and economic evaluations

• Support continuous improvement programs and initiatives

• Review capital projects and mine expansion opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering

• P.Eng. designation in good standing

• Minimum 10-15 years of mining experience

• Proven leadership managing technical teams

• Proficiency in mine planning software
