Position: Lead Civil Engineering Technologist Role New Liskeard
Take the lead as a Senior Civil Engineering Technologist with EXP in New Liskeard, Northern Ontario. This full-time position centers on CAD drafting leadership and technical project coordination.

EXP, a leading multidisciplinary consulting firm, seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Technologist to steer civil drafting strategies and mentor junior staff. With extensive experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Ontario municipal standards, you’ll ensure quality in design execution across diverse infrastructure projects. This role allows you to blend technical proficiency with teamwork and leadership in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce CAD drafting strategies for projects

• Delegate tasks and provide mentorship to junior team members

• Review and approve technical documents for quality assurance

• Produce design work utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Assist in site inspections, quantity takeoffs, and RFIs

Requirements:

• Certification as an Engineering Technologist with OACETT

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience in infrastructure

• Knowledge of Ontario Provincial Standards and municipal guidelines

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

• Valid transportation for site visits to various locations
