Position: Process Engineer for Talc Production
Optimize talc production efficiency as a Process Engineer at our facility. Drive performance improvements, analyze data, and enhance quality and safety across operations.

As a Process Engineer/Metallurgist, you will ensure the reliability of grinding and flotation circuits. Your focus will include managing plant performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process enhancements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be vital along with a firm grasp of mineral processing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily plant performance metrics

• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks

• Develop process flow models for production circuits

• Optimize reagent usage and energy efficiency

• Conduct metallurgical testing and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy or engineering

• 1-5 years' experience in mineral processing

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Familiar with project management and data analysis tools

• Willing to support maintenance during shutdowns

Deliver improvements in process control and team guidance while enhancing overall plant efficiency.
