Position: Ontario Regional Networks Specialist Role
Join AEM as a Regional Networks Specialist in Ontario, focusing on innovative network solutions and security for Operations Technologies. Your expertise will drive efficient communication infrastructure.

You will report to the Manager of IT Ontario Operations, implementing private LTE/5G and supporting network infrastructure projects.

Your role will include site surveys, performance tuning, and collaborating with global IT teams to enhance telecommunications systems. Stay current with industry developments and advise on strategic network implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and operate industrial network solutions

• Perform site surveys and RF design for networks

• Track and improve network performance

• Support telecommunication upgrades with global IT teams

• Present network solutions to varied technical audiences

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in LTE, 5G, and wireless tech

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in mining or industrial sectors

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Regional travel availability is required
