Position: Metallurgist Needed Ontario
Become a key player at Discovery Silver as a Metallurgist in Timmins, Ontario, contributing to sustainable operations and process improvements in the mining industry. Apply your skills in data analysis and project management within a collaborative team environment.

This role focuses on collecting and analyzing operational data to enhance the efficiency of the processing plant. You will provide valuable insights to support decision-making regarding production and safety while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and prepare metallurgical documentation

• Analyze data to improve production and reduce costs

• Oversee sampling and laboratory testing phases

• Propose effective mineral separation techniques

• Manage small-to-medium scale improvement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in mineral processing or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong leadership skills in project execution

• Experience in hydrometallurgy or cyanide detoxification

• Ability to utilize Microsoft and PI systems
