In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and reporting phases of capital projects, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Responsibilities include liaising with engineering teams, supervising project staff, and conducting planning meetings. Relocation to Timmins is required, with a salary reflective of qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a project liaison with engineering consultants
• Manage operational execution plans for projects
• Monitor compliance and safety standards consistently
• Generate and update project schedules using software
• Coordinate meetings with contractors and project personnel
Requirements:
• Licensed professional engineer or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in underground mining
• Over 10 years in engineering or project roles
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong ability to work in Canada
