Join Agnico Eagle as a Mobile Reliability Specialist and enhance the reliability of mobile equipment in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. This role emphasizes technical excellence and safety in mining operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor, you will focus on maximizing the safety and performance of heavy mobile machinery. Your responsibilities will encompass technical support, maintenance program development, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. Promote a culture of zero harm while delivering reliability improvements aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance programs

• Analyze reliability metrics and downtime data

• Conduct failure mode analyses and risk assessments

• Facilitate condition monitoring activities

• Engage with OEMs and industry peers for benchmarking

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in mining

• Familiarity with heavy mobile equipment maintenance

• Skilled in reliability engineering concepts

• Knowledge of project management and analysis tools
