Independent Smart Hands Support Technician

We are searching for freelance EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers for an on-call support role. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware issues and supporting IMACD tasks at customer locations. From installing peripherals to providing remote assistance for senior teams, your skills will make an impact on IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite Smart Hands and EUC L1 support
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform installations and hardware replacements
• Assist with network cabling and connectivity tasks
• Document activities and manage support tickets
Requirements:
• Solid experience in EUC or Smart Hands support
• Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and Windows OS
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and procedures
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
