Technology Planning and Governance Coordinator

About The Role
We are currently seeking a Technology Planning & Governance Coordinator to support project controls and strengthen departmental governance through effective planning, progress tracking, reporting, and controlled documentation. This role is based at the Côté Gold Mine Site and will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OTS to align priorities and ensure compliance with governance, change control, and document control requirements.
Responsibilities- Maintain integrated plans and look-aheads, tracking progress against milestones and commitments.
- Lead planning and governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and management of action, decision, and dependency logs.
- Coordinate governance routines, including required reviews, approvals, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Support change control and risk/issue tracking, ensuring timely follow‑up and escalation of constraints.
- Partner with corporate and site stakeholders to meet governance, reporting, and best‑practice requirements.
- Coordinate controlled updates to drawings and documentation, ensuring proper review, approval, and version control.
- Maintain accurate documentation registers and repositories, supporting audits and closing gaps in records.
- Deliver clear reporting and dashboards on schedule, governance, risks, and documentation status, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
- Post‑secondary diploma/degree in Project Management, Engineering Technology, IT, or related.
- PMP/CAPM (asset); PMI‑SP and/or AACE certifications (asset).
- Proficiency with project controls tools (scheduling, dashboards, document control systems) is desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong project controls experience in industrial environments, including planning/scheduling, integrated schedule management, and progress tracking against plan vs. actual.
- Experience supporting governance and control processes, including governance routines, change control, document control, and maintaining accurate, auditable records.
- Proficient in project controls tools (Excel, MS Project/P6, Power BI, SharePoint/EDMS), with strong data analysis, reporting capabilities, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Solid project planning and controls capability, including integrated planning, governance/change control, and risk/issue management.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate reporting (dashboards, KPIs, narratives), supported by strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Detail‑oriented and collaborative, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project controls tools, and experience managing documentation, records, and competing priorities effectively.
