KAP PAPER INC seeks a Senior Application Support Analyst with extensive experience in IT, ideally 5-7 years, including detailed expertise in field support roles. This position involves collaborating with users and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues while also focusing on compliance and governance processes to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support and troubleshoot SAP and payroll issues
• Assist with user account management and application security
• Document processes, creating SOPs and technical materials
• Participate in IT projects and support system upgrades
• Develop and maintain dashboards for business operations
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience of 5-7 years in IT with field support background
• Proficient in Microsoft software and Active Directory
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity and compliance standards
• Fluent English; knowledge of French is beneficial
