Independent End User Support Engineer

This position includes troubleshooting hardware and performing basic network tasks while assisting with IMACD operations. Candidates should possess practical experience in EUC roles and demonstrate competency in problem-solving and communication. Your efficiency and independent work ethic will play a pivotal role in fulfilling customer support demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 Smart Hands support onsite
• Perform troubleshooting on desktops and peripherals
• Execute hardware installations and break/fix activities
• Support IMACD operations effectively
• Document support cases and update tickets timely
Requirements:
• Experience in EUC / Smart Hands positions
• Basic hardware and network troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of independent, onsite work
Deliver effective IT solutions and enhance user experiences with your expertise in support engineering.
