Key Responsibilities- Deliver help-desk support for hardware and software issues
- Assist in maintaining the VoIP telephone system
- Troubleshoot and secure network performance
- Manage update deployment and anti-virus systems
- Support in-car systems like cameras and audio devices
- Two-year college diploma in computer studies
- Experience with personal computers and network devices
- Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere
- Understanding of ITIL principles preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
