Location: kapuskasing
Drive IT excellence at Kap Paper Inc as a Superintendent. Lead systems management and team development in a dynamic IT environment.
In this strategic role, you'll leverage your 5-7 years of IT experience, particularly in leadership, to oversee key IT functions at Kap Paper Inc. You’ll enhance system integration, ensure compliance, and effectively manage IT services to support operational goals while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor team for daily operational success
• Manage production systems ensuring optimal functionality
• Oversee Azure infrastructure for cost-effective cloud service
• Strengthen IT governance with compliance and auditing
• Lead project planning for IT initiatives and system upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of IT experience with leadership focus
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• French language proficiency is desirable
