In this key position, you will manage a team responsible for executing strategic sourcing and enhancing supplier partnerships. Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager while driving significant results in contract negotiations and end-to-end sourcing events. Your efforts will mitigate supply chain risks and boost the sustainability of IAMGOLD’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across services

• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for vendor engagement

• Perform market analysis to deliver value

• Negotiate high-value supplier contracts with legal input

• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years in strategic sourcing or procurement

• Leadership experience of 3+ years

• Relevant designations such as SCMP or CIPS preferred

• Experience in mining or oil & gas is advantageous

• Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships
