Compensation & Benefits Information

· Rate of pay: $19.65 per hour as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement

· Percent in lieu of benefits and vacation – 18% as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Summer Student will support the maintenance team by performing routine repairs, groundskeeping, equipment checks, and general facility upkeep. Additionally, will assist the team with preventive maintenance tasks, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and responds to daily operational needs. Demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn hands‑on technical skills.
