Mill Operator

Discovery Silver Corp. is a growing North American precious metals company committed to high-quality gold and silver production.

We are looking for a Mill Operator to join our team at the Kidd Creek Metal Site. This role reports to the Shift Supervisor.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operation of the crusher
• De-watering processes
• Tailings management rounds
• All other duties related to mill operation as assigned by the supervisor

As outlined in the Collective Agreement, the successful candidate must:

• Ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet business needs
• Physical fitness and readiness for a Physical Demands Analysis
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks outdoors in all seasons, including handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairs
• Successful completion or recent passing of CAAT/DAT testing
• Valid G driver’s licence or equivalent
