Position: Utility Janitor at Dexterra Group
Location: Kapuskasing

Join Dexterra Group as a Utility Janitor, ensuring a clean and organized environment on a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation.

Your role will involve cleaning, maintenance, and utility troubleshooting.

As a Utility Janitor, you will support the Lodge Manager by maintaining company standards for safety and cleanliness across various common areas. Key responsibilities include floor care, waste management, and laundry distribution. You'll be hands-on in addressing utility issues and ensuring the camp facilities are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas and facilities

• Manage garbage collection and disposal

• Perform floor care, sweeping, and mopping

• Troubleshoot utility concerns in a timely manner

• Assist with transportation of staff as needed

Requirements:

• Valid G license required

• Experience using light power tools effectively

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Previous work experience in camps or hotels is advantageous

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
