Mechanical Maintenance Planner Côté Gold Mine

Strengthen maintenance processes as a Mechanical Maintenance Planner at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine Site. This role focuses on developing mechanical plans to enhance efficiency and reliability.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Mill Chief Planner and oversee the planning of mechanical maintenance activities.

Your role is crucial for ensuring equipment reliability and safety while continuously improving maintenance processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive effective planning and scheduling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scope mechanical maintenance plans

• Maintain a proactive maintenance work backlog

• Define scopes and prepare work orders for shutdowns

• Lead coordination meetings across teams

• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to improve performance
Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering or related degree required

• 2-5 years' experience in maintenance or asset management

• Familiarity with Oracle eAM or similar systems

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset

• Commitment to continuous learning in maintenance planning
