Lead maintenance reliability and planning at Alamos Gold’s Young-Davidson mine in Ontario, using SAP PM and disciplined work management practices.
As Supervisor, Maintenance Planning and Reliability, you will guide Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance operations. You will lead planning, scheduling, reliability improvement, and performance initiatives. The position supports safer execution, improved equipment availability, reduced unplanned downtime, and stronger team capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, mentor, and support the Planning and Reliability team
- Identify, prioritize, plan, and schedule maintenance work
- Drive schedule compliance, backlog health, and work readiness
- Lead preventive maintenance optimization and condition monitoring initiatives
- Promote SAP PM use and monitor maintenance performance indicators
- Minimum five years’ maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or management experience
- Experience in mining, mineral processing, heavy industrial, or mobile equipment environments
- Previous supervisory experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Trade certification, technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP PM and maintenance work management systems
