Supervisor, Maintenance Reliability and Planning

Alamos Gold’s Young-Davidson is a low-cost, long-life operation and one of Canada’s largest underground gold mines. The 2020 completion of a highly automated, lower mine expansion has resulted in Young-Davidson increasing production and generating strong free cash flow. With a large Mineral Reserve base, it will serve as Alamos’ foundation for growth for many years to come.

As the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning & Reliability
, you will play a key role in optimizing maintenance performance across both Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance operations. You will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives related to maintenance planning, scheduling, work management, and reliability improvement. Working closely with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams, you will help improve equipment reliability and availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support the development of a high-performing Planning and Reliability team.

• Leadership & Team Development: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to the Planning and Reliability team.
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Ensure maintenance work is effectively identified, prioritized, planned, and scheduled to support safe and efficient execution.
